We refuse to compromise on the ethics of business. This does increase production cost but we continue to lead knowing the resultant product has been developed with integrity.
We source products from sustainable, ethically produced factories and plantations. We refuse to work with any suppliers that use child labour.
To reduce our carbon footprint, we conserve and save energy by efficiency checks on our manufacturing and delivery processes. We use our own bore hole for our water supply and recycle our own water. Most of our dustsheets are made from recycled yarn and any waste material from our manufacturing process is used as cushion filling. Given the rural location of the factory, the majority of our staff cycle to work.
Our factories are bright, open places to work. We run regeneration programmes, employing the under privileged or those on the fringes of the community to help them earn a living and better their own and their families’ lives.
